3. description of service
Melt is a couples desire discovery game. Users answer questions about intimate preferences, and the Service reveals only mutually matching answers between partners. The Service is provided for entertainment and relationship enrichment purposes only.
would you ever is a separate, non-sexual game within the Service. One person answers 12 questions about love and the future and shares a link. Anyone with the link can play; each player sees only the questions both of them said yes to, plus a ranking of first names and match counts for that link.

The Service does not provide medical, therapeutic, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. Content and product recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only. If you have concerns about your sexual health or relationship, consult a qualified professional.
5. user conduct
You agree to:
- Use the Service only with the consent of your partner
- Not share another person's results without their permission
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to access another user's session data
- Not use the Service to harass, pressure, or coerce any person
- In would you ever, use your own first name and nothing offensive; the creator of a link can hide any player, and we may remove names
6. consent and mutual participation
The Service is designed for consenting adult partners. Both participants must voluntarily choose to participate. The Service should never be used as a tool for coercion or to pressure a partner into any activity. Matched results indicate shared curiosity — not obligation.

Non-matching answers are never revealed to either partner. This is a core feature of the Service. However, we cannot guarantee that a user will not be able to infer non-matching answers through deduction based on the questions asked and matches shown.
In would you ever, only questions both people said yes to are listed; a yes paired with a maybe appears only as a count, and a no is never shown. Match counts and the ranking can still allow some conclusions to be drawn.

The Service may display product recommendations with affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase through these links. Product recommendations are based on your game answers and are provided for convenience — we do not guarantee product quality or suitability.
9. disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. limitation of liability
In no event shall melt, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or decisions made based on game results.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
